Several years ago, this company assisted us in repairing our car key to our Volvo. Recently, we went in there for home security and more car key services. Alex and Vladimir provided excellent service and were extremely helpful and caring throughout the process. From showroom to driveway service to fix our car, and even on home installations, Hector was extremely helpful. An all around excellent experience, all quality work, thank you so much for all of your help!!

Professional… In short. Someone (to be nice) stole the keys to my safe, of course the only copy. So right away I put liquid nail into lock to prevent them from getting in. Advanced Security Safe and Lock was able to drill my liquid nail sealed high security lock without causing any damage to anything else and replaced with new high security locks. David who was my tech was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service or any other services that they offer. Thank You Advance Security Safe and Lock.

Advanced Security helped me when I lost my car key. They reprogrammed a new key and got me back on my feet without any inconvenience. They were very nice and great customer service. Highly recommend them !

We purchased a commercial property in Maryland 6 months ago and needed a high security lock installed. They came recommend by our new neighbor and had very good review online so we decided to hire them. We set up an appointment for 9am and they were at our office waiting when we arrived a little before 9 to open up. They did a great job. Talking with the tech we found out they also do security systems and cameras which we also needed. They had all kinds of fancy equipment but we decided to go with a basic system that we can watch from anywhere. They even showed up to repair our broken glass door at moments notice just the other day. So far we are very satisfied with all the work they did and would recommend them to all

I was unfortunately locked out of my house at 3 am and within 30 minutes of calling advanced security , Josh showed up and was able to get me in to my house within mere minutes and did it for the exact price he quoted me. I’ve used other locksmiths before who show up and give me a long story about how it is going to cost more than originally quoted, so for that alone I would 100% recommend advanced security safe & lock to anyone who finds themselves in need of emergency locksmith services.

I went in to Advanced security to have an electronic key fixed. I was advised honestly, treated fairly and met with the most courteous customer service. I don’t know if they men in the shop are related, but they treated each other, me and the other customers in the shop, with a level of respect you know is not feigned, and is entrenched in tradition, and honor – what you see in traditional families – It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I called them a few weeks ago to repair a door at my family’s business, it was in pretty bad shape but we weren’t really trying to replace it yet. Hector came out and tried for at least an hour to repair it but there wasn’t much he could do. He had a quote for a new door sent to us that was so much cheaper than the other places we got quotes from so we instantly booked it and replaced the door. They were fast to order and install it with all the hardware and I’m so happy we replaced it. Definitely coming back here for the rest of our doors in the building.

The technician that came over to my house was very professional, he re keyed our front door and programed some combination locks at reasonable price, very nice work! We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and clients.

I found myself suddenly locked out early in the morning, with an important appointment in an hour. Advanced Security was ready to come to me and have the key cut within minutes. They have excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!

That uses call box door entry system, that like all systems we have issues. My manager called Advanced Security because the previous service company could not resolve the issue.

We had a home invasion early in the morning, and called Advanced around 9 to find a time to come replace our locks. By 10am Josh had arrived and replaced all of our locks and manufactured new keys on site, taking time to explain what he was doing and pointing out helpful things we could do to further protect our home. Despite having two additional calls that day, Josh returned to our home after normal hours to help install another security measure we had inquired about because he wanted us to be able to sleep soundly after such an awful experience. It was the first time we’ve used Advanced, and plan to use them again, though hopefully this time for preventive measures!

It was a pleasure to work with Advanced Security. They installed a state of the art video surveillance and security systems at a very competitive price. Excellent service. Very friendly and responsive. Locked myself out of the house due to an battery operated deadbolt dying. Came out quicker than the quoted time and did the job with no damage to the door, overall lock, and in at a reasonable rate.

Very nice experience. I definitely would recommend this place. I lost the keys to my office file cabinet and no one could help me. This company was able to help in 5 minutes plus the cost was reasonable. The owner himself came out to help me. I definitely will use them again.
