I am updating my... read more review to say that my windshield wipers did not work at all the next morning after the work done on my ignition. Turns out, the plug to the motor for the wipers had been disconnected and not plugged back in by the locksmith. My husband found and fixed it. I contacted the locksmith by text and received no response until I texted hours later to ask if anyone gets texts on that number. At that point someone responded that they were sorry about what happened. Apparently, the locksmith tech called after that but no message was left. I just feel they could’ve handled that better and reached out more promptly. If my husband was not handy, I would’ve spent unnecessary money at the mechanic for a simple oversight which should’ve been checked before putting the steering column back together after the work. Byron came out to fix my car door lock and cut a new key with fob. He also matched it to my ignition. The service was prompt and Byron explained everything and made recommendations that made things easier for me. He was easy to talk to and got the job done in a little more than an hour.
